The Problem

The Sydney Bank’s target customers are concerned about wasting time in the bank line and dealing with bureaucracy when opening a bank account.

The Goal

Create an account creation process that is simple, easy, and intuitive for users.

Role

User research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, iteration, and the creation of a final high-fidelity prototype.

Emma is a busy doctor who needs to save time by opening a bank account in order to be more financially organised without losing focus on her job.
